Not the most accurate way to go but it provides a sturdy base for the road wheels to support the vehicle and is not that noticeable on a completed vehicle. I took from my "Panzerwerks"/ "Callanta" Panther the idea of extending the hull 1/2" to be able to run axles through the hull for the running gear. It ended up providing me the most comprehensive info I needed, I HIGHLY recommend it. When I originally designed this configuration that I gave to the "MC Flat Armor" I based the majority off of 6 months of research and buying anything and everything about the Jagdpanther. I decided to go ahead and post progress on this build here where it might be of help to others that may buy and build this Jagdpanther kit from "Panzerjuan" and "Fusilier1944" (aka "MC Flat Armor").
